FULL THROTTLE POKER RUN PARTICIPANT/ VESSEL REGISTRATION FORM

EVENT DATE: MAY 1ST – 3RD 2026 

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Applicants for participation in the Full Throttle Poker Run must meet the following requirements. No exceptions will be made:

1. Membership Requirement

The registered boat owner must be an active member of the Bahamas Powerboat Club. A Captain’s Membership (or higher) is required.

For first-time international participants, membership is included in the registration fee.

2. Mandatory Captain’s Meeting

All captains and co-drivers are required to attend the mandatory Captain’s Safety Meeting held on the evening prior to departure.

At this meeting, captains will sign a safety waiver agreeing to all event guidelines, including:

No consumption of alcohol prior to or during the poker run

• No use of medications that impair operating ability

3. Participant Waivers

ALL occupants (including passengers) must sign the official Bahamas Powerboat Club Safety Waiver prior to departure.

4. Safety Gear Requirement

All occupants are required to wear personal flotation devices while the vessel is operating on plane.

5. Vessel Compliance

All vessels must be fully compliant with the regulations set by the local Port Authority.

CAPTAIN’S MEETING (MANDATORY)

Held the evening prior to each departure at the respective location.

The following will take place:

• Event Check-In

• Wristband & Merchandise Distribution

• Safety Briefing (Route & Rules)

• Official Card Draw

Event Registration Fee $500 Includes Captain + First Mate

Additional Passengers: $250 per person


CANCELLATION TERMS
 
31 Days or More Prior to Event
•Full balance will be issued as a BPC event credit
•Credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the cancelled event
 
 
15–30 Days Prior to Event
•A $250 cancellation fee will be applied
(to cover advanced purchases and preparations such as catering, merchandise, and event logistics)
•Remaining balance will be issued as a BPC event credit
•Credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the cancelled event
 
 
14 Days or Less Prior to Event
•No credit will be issued
 
 
IMPORTANT NOTES
•Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period
•Credits may only be applied toward future Bahamas Powerboat Club events
•Failure to attend (no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in no credit issued
