BPC EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

All registrations for Bahamas Powerboat Club (BPC) events are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In place of refunds, event credit may be issued based on the cancellation timeline outlined below.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS

 

31 Days or More Prior to Event

• Full balance will be issued as a BPC event credit

• Credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the cancelled event

 

15–30 Days Prior to Event

• A $250 cancellation fee will be applied

(to cover advanced purchases and preparations such as catering, merchandise, and event logistics)

• Remaining balance will be issued as a BPC event credit

• Credit is valid for one (1) year from the date of the cancelled event

 

14 Days or Less Prior to Event

No credit will be issued

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the stated validity period

• Credits may only be applied toward future Bahamas Powerboat Club events

• Failure to attend (no-show) will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in no credit issued
